Cancellation policy
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
Arrival
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early for your first visit so we can complete a brief skin consultation.
Patch test
Certain treatments may require a patch test 48 hours prior. You'll be notified at booking if this applies.
